All of us make choices...One need not be "rich" to own a Leica, one need only have decided that the Leica in question is the particular photographic instrument one needs to do the best work possible - and then make the sacrifices necessary to purchase it. Those sacrifices could well entail cutting back on other "minimal" expenses.
