Go figure. It's because people aren't willing to pay for service that camera stores can't afford to give it. It's a sad state of affairs. You would think camera manufacturers would give them a break and not give the big stores such an advantage in price, because the local stores would eventually give them more business because of good support. But no, that's not the Wal Mart style of doing business these days. It's a sad situation that good stores are more and more rare. If the camera companies cared, the dealers would.
