Thanks for your responses. I'll be giving "Really
Right Stuff" a call on Monday. I'd like to get the B26
plate to use with my R8/100/180 Elmarit apos. 

What do you think about the "balance" of an R7/plate 
w/100/180 & the Arca Swiss ball head for tripod work?

Would it pay to get a RRS plate for the R7 as well?
