Subject: [Leica] Squeaking aperture ring

I just noticed this afternoon that my aperture ring on my 50mm Summilux is
squeaking, but only between f/2 and f/2.8.  Is a self-lube job possible
without getting oil on the inner elements and without taking the lens
apart, or is this a job for a specialized Leica CLA?
