Nothing! I have a black Summicron I use on a chrome M3! The Chrome is
usually heavier- it is chromed brass, whereas the black is an anodized
aluminum alloy- seems just as tough, but a tad lighter. Optically, there is
no difference.
So, whichever you chose- you  really can't go wrong!
