Andrew, Have you tried 64T (EPY) and Tungsten lights? A simple pair of
cheap hot lights should provide even, cast-free illumination. Adjust the
angles until you eliminate glare. That's pretty much the standard for
copying flat art. The 64T, either Kodak or Fuji, is good stuff.
