Yes. You forget to mention two arguing over whether the switch to turn on
the bulb should or should not -- or will or will not in the future --
contain the "clapper". That makes 21 to change the bulb.

(Remember the clapper. It's an audio sensitive switch by which you can turn
the bulb off and on merely by clapping your hands, as opposed to flipping a
manual switch).
