In my opinion, a case against Lady Di, her companion and the chauffeur should have been made. They where the ones who broke all the rules. To drive in a build up area with 90Mph is criminal. It endangers not only the idiots who speed like this, but sadly the innocent public. I shudder to think, what would have happened, if the crash had not happened in the tunnel, but later on in a heavily build up area. However, luck was with us, and they killed themselves before they could do harm to others. It also shows the arrogance of this type of people, by not wearing seat belts. (The still living body guard did). They think they are above the normal sensible rules, the rest of society has to conform to. Not as much as could have been, was made of the speed and lack of seat belt wearing. It is a pity. Maybe it would have even convinced some of the other imbeciles, similar to the ones mentioned, to obey the basic road rules.
