Hi, Alex....ah, I envy you cycling in the UK....at least from what I've 
heard :)

Here, society and civil planning go against the "simple life":...cars 
are mandatory for daily life, many trips  under 2 miles are done by 
car!...

My goal is to go from two cars (with wife and child) to one....and only 
use it on trips over 3 miles or so.....we'll see how successful...
and of course, Leicas are perfect for this lifestyle...
