You may notice that Hasselblad etc produce 35mm *panoramic* cameras, this is because their lenses have been designed for this coverage. To take this argument to its logical conclusion, you can adapt an 8x10 lens to a 35mm but not a 35mm to an 8x10. Jonathan Borden
