Hi Bill,

The average person in Ireland or any other European country "drives" a
bike. There is no chance they would get in a traffic jam, and if they did,
the energy generated by rage is easily spent constructively.
Have you noticed that the ones driving the strongest cars  tend to get
enraged the most?
