I have already explained this. Kilfitt lenses for the most part use one of
three mounting systems: two different KI mounts, both employing the 39mm
by 26 tpi LTM thread, though with different back-focuses, the locking-ring
AN mount (two minor variations), and the WE flange-mount system (two minor
variations, with the later N lenses having a different back-focus). The
2.8/90 and 40mm Macro lenses and the Zoomar lenses do not employ any of
these systems.

Your 3.5/90 is probably from the first KI system, the other two lenses are
from the second KI system. You need a KIVIS adapter to fit the latter two
lenses to a Leica Visoflex II/IIa/III reflex housing, or a COZWI shim to
fit them to a PLOOT or Visoflex I. I believe the 3.5/90 might work with
such an adapter as well.

Even simpler, of course, is to purchase a Kilfitt reflex housing (I have
several for sale, incidentally), though these lack the fine finish of the
Leitz products.
