For strong convergence correction, the Leitz system consisted of a tilting
easel and a universal tilting negative carrier.  This was used on the Valoy
and Focomat I and Ic enlargers.  After correcting for convergence using the
easel, you would correct the focus by tilting the lens carrier.  Leitz
recommended using a wide angle enlarger lens for the procedure.  If anyone
really wants to try this, I can get the details from Kisselbach.
