I would recommend the Focotar as an ideal lens for the Focomat Ic unless you 
wish to purchase one of the new APO enlarging lenses.

Even if you do not have all the auto-focusing parts for the Ic, the enlarger 
works very well as a manual focus machine and may even be more accurate than 
the auto-focus if you use one of the high magnification focus aids.
