Most of these magazine judge things on original price, not long term value so their judgment is meaningless in this regard. I suppose CDI would have rated the Leica M3 and SL/2 as poor value along with the Mercedes 300E and all the other great products that had a high initial cost but which proved to be tremendous investments.
