You have determined the problem on your own.  The lens is not the same as the 
one for which the Focomat Ic was adjusted.  It is doubtful that a 60 mm lens 
will fall within the adjustment range of the Focomat Ic cam that is located 
on the right side of the enlarger.

Should you obtain a 50 mm enlarging lens for the enlarger, I will be happy to 
make a copy of the Leitz instructions that provide the detail for adjusting 
the cam and auto-focus feature of the enlarger.

The Focomat Ic is an excellent enlarger.
