Ken,
  I believe Wess Mounts may have one.  They were to be some for my
Mamiya 6 pano adaptor and suspect they would make them for your 7.
Don't have their number at hand but should be easy to come by.  If they
don't have one yet, perhaps you can send them a slide to see what can be
done.
  What projector are you using for the slides btw?
