I just looked at two rolls of Ilford XP2 Super that I processed last night, and the problem has disappeared. The change I made was to make sure that the bleach-fix was oxygenated just before using it, by pouring it into a container and back into the bottle several times, in addition to shaking the bottle vigorously. It seems to have done the trick, as I made no other changes and the chemistry is the same that had given me the problem a couple of days ago.
