[Leica] Tenba Bag Problem

Hi List Members,

I had the exact same problem and experience with my Tenba 995 bag.  The
coating in all the outside pockets were "flaking" off and they just said too
bad.  I also bought a Metro Pak 839 and found that they made some changes to
the design, but did not relay that information to the public (or their
brochures.)  I wrote to them and got a letter saying that it was too costly
to throw out the old brochures.  I was stuck with a $90 bag that was of no
use to me and they would not do anything about it.  Suffice to say, I have
not bought a Tenba bag since.

I sincerely hope that someone would pass the word along to Tenba that
service is sometimes more important than anything else.  By contrast, I had
a rare problem with Domke bag and they exchanged it with no questions asked.
