Regarding the pop v. tightening issue: I feel that 'popping' tightens the slide by adding that extra curvature....that is nicely managed by the CF Colorplan I have on the P600. My slides are sharp corner to corner only after the 'pop' occurs. Before the 'pop', I have to compromise and manually decide which part of the slide must be 100pct focused. Which is a really annoying process for the viewers... Will think about trading in as soon as I can get my hands on a 2002 for trial (with my slides in my flat).
