Hi Gary,

I'm not clear on what lens hood you are asking for.  Lens hoods for Leica 
have cat. #'s 12XXX.  A cap would begin 14XXX.  The proper hoods for a 50/2.8 
would be ITOOY/12520, IROOA/12571, or 12585.  The hood for the current 50/2.8 
would also work on this lens.  Its number is 12549 (Silver) or 12550 (Black) 
with a MAP of $55.
