[Leica] M teleconverter

Here's a possibly useless Leica M gadget, as reported in BJP:

"The Benatti company of Milan, known as a producer of useful accessories,
has taken the initiative in supplying a 2x tele-converter for Leica M longer
focal length lenses. According to a report in the February issue of
Fotografia Reflex, it is based on the Kenko MC4, is housed in an aluminium
mount and weighs only 100g. The teleconverter couples to the rangefinder cam
and is particularly recommended for use with 90mm f/2.8 Elmarit and
Tele-Elmarit lenses, which become 180mm f/5.6. It is suggested that the
rangefinder rectangle can serve to show the subject area. The converter may
also be used with the 135mm f/2.8 Elmarit and 135mm f/4 Tele-Elmarit lenses.
It is not suitable, however, for use with 50mm and shorter lenses. Pricing
