I am not being contensius (sp?) but maybe a bit dumb..... if the Leicaflex has mounted on it a Visoflex lens, the lenses inherently have NO metering cams, gadgets, or otherwise way to convey its set aperture other than be AT that aperture, why would a later (or any ) Leicaflex have a metering issue? What options are limited? There are no options... the lens is stopped down for metering, isn't it? The cameras all have a stopped down mode for metering, don't they? Frank Leica adaptor marked 14127 F >It looks like a Leica M lens to R body adaptor.... From Marc Small: It adapts Viso lenses to the original Leicaflex. It can be used on the later cameras, but metering options will be limited.
