Is this the time to pull out the SLR, or >is just another minor quibble of a rangefinder camera? > > >-- >Chris Bitmead There is a trick with rangefinders which is useful when you have subjects near the lens which you want to put in a certain place against the background, and that is to carefully sight the picture through the viewfinder and then physically move the camera so that the lens is moved into the position the viewfinder was in. So that is a diagonal movement. It isn't as sure as using an SLR but you can compensate quite well this way. Joe Berenbaum
