I've found tremendous variation in results depending upon the paper. I just bought and tried some HP Premium Photo Paper, and, to put it in its simplest terms, it sucks. Thus far I've found that I can't beat either the Epson Photo Paper or the IBM inkjet photo film....The Epson looks and feels like photo papers, and gives nice black blacks..... B. Fritz - one tip I read somewhere which certainly works for my Leica shots (to keep on topic) is that the output dpi you choose should be _exactly_ divisible into the dpi of your printer. The reason for this is to get a precise number of dots per output dpi and thus prevent the printer software from fudging it. On an Epson operating at max 720 or 1440 dpi, 240 dpi would seem ideal for your purposes. Happy printing!
