It includes an 11X14 print from the book as part of the package. I had the pleasure of attending a workshop of his at the Maine Photographic Workshop a number of years ago. At the time, I was still waiting for my book and print (It took 1 1/2 years). He had a print of "my" picture there but it "wasn't good enough" to be sold. It looked wonderful to me. During the workshop he worked with the negative from the corn lily on the cover of Quiet Light. Most of us on the workshop would have killed to be able to make a print as good as his first one. He showed us in several steps how he came to the final image. I don't think he trusted us, all the prints that went into the garbage were torn first. The man is a perfectionist for sure. His Places of Power images I have seen are really amazing examples of what can be done in available darkness, not with f1 lenses, but with very long exposures and development in very dilute TMax RS. The book is due in the Fall of 2000 according to the latest information.
