I think he's called Classic and Used Cameras. They don't seem to have a great deal of leica stuff there though. http://www.classic-cameras.com/index.htm Also Pacific Rim Camera have always answered my emails and in fact were very good when I kept making silly mistakes with the order I was trying to place (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome can get you like that) and they deserve a medal for that.
