My vote:  Anytime.

I prefer to see a Leica goodie that I can buy from a LUGGER than a debate
on a specific brand of scotch or on Ted's underwear, for example. (Don't
take it personal Ted)  Why should we discriminate a topic from another
topic?  If one doesn't like to see a "FS" in the subject, he/she just has
to press "delete" as I do for a quantity of topics I'm not interested in.
