I've heard this before, and still don't understand it. You see if the 
situation was as-described, then the design drawings for the R8 motor are 
a done deal, right? So why the delay? Hell, there are *dozens* of small 
manufacturing companies in the UK alone that could have a winder in 
production from completed drawings in 3-4 months, let alone two years!
