As for me, I'm not ashamed, it's only that I hate that red blot.

The reason my M6 is black, is that it's easier to tape.

BTW on the R8, the red dot is less a problem, maybe because on that camera
it don't look like a pimple in the middle of an otherwise perfect nose.

But you're right, the only stigma on a Leica is the red dot.
