But the winder ususlly stays at home/studio unless I'm doing an
intensive shoot. For my ususal street shooting: no winder. Right now my
camera sans drive is around my waist in a little lowepro fannypact
desiged for point and shoots. Going to catch the last hour of light. Be
awful nice if it could be changed mid roll, but such is the nature of
the beast.
I noticed all three of us Portland Lug guys all had our (M6)camersas
taped up with black tape, not a red dot betwixted us. Michael had a dual
range, you had the latest 50 sumicron with takeoff hood and I had the 35
you mentioned. 
And in the deluge you drove up on you Strawberry; impressive.
