It's the same quality, but if anything goes wrong, you'll have to pay for
all repairs.  Or some dealers will sell gray market and are willing to
extend a "store warranty" of varying coverage, i.e. repair/replace with
certain time limits, etc.  The quality of the store would then have to be
taken into consideration.  For instance, I've never dealt with Cambridge
Camera, but they have a bad reputation given responses in the usenet groups
and the internet based photo mail order survey.  If they offered a store
warranty, I'd be skeptical whether they would reliably honor it.
