It is easy to find as it is right next to the Funicular that comes down from the Chateau. They specialize in native game and fish. It's in the middle of a real touristy area but I noticed when we ate there that we were the only patrons speaking English. Be prepared to spend 3 or 4 hours on a multiple course meal, they don't like to rush things. Terry PS: It is also very reasonable.
