Depends upon which "Webster's."  "Webster" is considered to be in the public
domain, anyone can call any dictionary "Webster's" and, indeed, there are a
great many different Webster's available both in print and out of print.
This gets complicated.  IMHO, the ne plus ultra of dictionaries is the
"Merriam Webster's Second International, Unabridged."  Unfortunately, out of
print since 1961; Webster's third is a pooch.
