Why not cobble one together from an old 39mm filter and a new FLD 
a bit larger? Remove the glass from the 39mm and have an optician 
grind the FLD glass to fit the 39mm frame.  That's how I resurrected 
a Leitz swing out polarizer I fished out of a dealer's junk box.
