Going cashless and banking by telephone seems most risky. Recently, over here, four bank customers each discovered that $100,000 had vanished from their bank accounts. Insist on a hard copy - whether it is a receipt, credit card docket, written acknowledgement, cash in the pocket, ATM slip, whatever. They may be the only defence in the case of fraud. Dan K.
