It should not have any water in it! The emulsion is gelatine, highly
hydrophilic and any water can soften it. The next consideration is that
anhydrous isopropyl alcohol is pricey and hard to find.
The Edwal anti-static film cleaner, or PEC-12 comes out much cheaper.
