The emulsion is gelatine, highly hydrophilic and any water can soften it. The next consideration is that anhydrous isopropyl alcohol is pricey and hard to find. The Edwal anti-static film cleaner, or PEC-12 comes out much cheaper. Dan dwpost@msn.com
