Basically >freaky looking. Well, only if the model is close to the lens, eh? If the model is, say, 10 or 15 feet away, then the distortion is diminished (and the model is too small to see :-) ). I can see how one might use 35mm or 50mm lenses to take half or full body portraits if you are careful about your perspective. In fact, I have a few such pictures from my last trip. "Portrait" doesn't have to mean a head shot. But, y'all knew this, I don't have to tell you. Pete
