You may find that the 50 mm focal length will be all that you need. I hardly think if matters if the subject is clothed or not; the 50 will handle a lot of situations very well. In my research so far, and considering the style I want to do (natural, no artificial lighting), I have decided that a Leica M6 would be best suited for me. My question is, what focal lengths are recommended? I know super-wides wouldn't be very flattering because of the distortion. I was thinking of getting the classic Summicron trio 35-50-90, or even a 35/90 Summicrons and 50 Noctilux. Does anyone have any other suggestions and/or recommend any good books to check out? Thanks!
