This topic was briefly discussed in December 1996 under the topic "M6 finder problem." At that time, it appears that Leica acknowledged there was a problem that they were working to resolve. The suggestions for fixes were to move the camera position or place translucent tape over the frame illumination window. What do the habitual low light users do to resolve this problem??? Santa was very good to me this year, delivering a 1.4/75 on Christmas Eve. As with all good things, there appear to be unintended consequences.
