I'd like to use Exakta, Minolta MC/MD, and/or Yashica/Contax lenses on a Leica 39mm screwmount (or possibly Leica M) mount. It would be very nice to use my Minolta 20mm lens on my Leica M for instance, even if I couldn't rangefinder couple. Using it on my Minolta 35MII leica screwmount camera would be nice too. I'm looking for adapters which preserve infinity focus and have no glass (unless the quality loss is awfully low). I know this means that adapters may not be possible for some combinations. Secondarily, it would be interesting to use the leica or contax lenses on the Minolta manual or vice versa. Can I milk all of you of your knowledge on what's possible? Please tell me your experiences with this kind of thing... does the result rangefinder couple or couple to the auto diaphram system, turn out good pictures, preserve infinity, etc.
