That picture to me is the epitome of a perfect photograph. I tried to contact Mr. McCurry through NG but to no avail. I am glad to hear that the image was taken with a 35mm (although sad to hear it was Nikon instead of Leica). This photo is my standard for a perfect image. Absolutely stunning.
