I figure I'd pay $20 tops for a copy--much better, I think, to wait for the revised edition! Other favorites are Ansel Adams' Book 2 and 3 (The Negative, The Print) but I'm taking some of the info contained therein as being a bit dated too--if the old man were still around, I wonder if he'd be scolding people for clinging to his circa 1980 advice? A new (for me) discovery has been LensWork Quarterly. The coverage of Andre Kertesz (No 23, Nov 98-Jan 99 issue) and accompanying photos are first-rate--I've gone from merely recognizing the man's name to being in awe of his work! Jeff
