I use the grip with heavier lenses like the Noctilux and the 90 summicron.
Used with these lenses, the balance is good and it helps to steady the
M-camera much better.  With lighter and shorter focal length lenses, I find
using them without the grip is better.

Changing film seems to take longer with the grip attached but this could be
speeded up with sufficient practise.
