Dan,
There was an SL motor for sale here a month or two back for a mere 100GBP!
($166) It was quite rough but they also had the SL Mot to match at 200GBP
though I later saw a much nicer one at Photokina (camera fair) for the same
price.

I believe that the cameras were made in both black chrome and black enamel.
