Maybe part of my problem with needing such good optics? :-) Speaking of fine definition, I just shot some portraits in the studio with my 70-180 2.8 and 100 ISO neg film (Fuji) and was blown away. This lens truly is not for the "fuzzy wuzzy" school of portrait photography.
