Speaking of photo vests...the best one I've seen is made by Willis & Geiger.
It's called the Skeleton Coast camera jacket, and is incredibly practical.
It's made of a material that W&G calls "Bush Poplin", with Zip-off sleeves
and more pockets and stash places than you'll ever use.

It was designed by a friend of mine, Jim Bruton. The design came out of an
extended trip years ago to the skeleton coast with Des & Jen Bartlett to
make a documentary film on elephant migration. Unfortunately, they are
scaling back thier production of this particular jacket, so they are out of
stock right now. I ordered one and they promised delivery in early Feb.
You can reach Willis & Geiger sales at: 800 223 1408. Get one now before
they're gone!

You can see Jim wearing the jacket here with sleeves removed: (Jim is second
from the left, standing next to my right)

I noticed in Tina Manleys recent posting that she will be using a photo vest
on her trip to Honduras. I have never owned one but I noticed several
different brands in the camera shop that I visit. There are Nikon, Domke,
Lowe, Billingham, etc. I would be interested in LUGGERS recommendations.

Thanks
