It's very unlikely a photographer used to 35mm visual impressions would give up on such. I tend to prefer 28mm over 35mm, but: 2/ The 24mm is likely to get more use as it is VERY wide ( for instance, excellent for cramped indoors, ) and gives a very good you-are-there impression to scenic photos. Used wisely, 24mm allows quite a lot of creative image composition. 3/ 19-20-21mm lenses are rather EXTREME, an outstanding option when definitely required, but the 24mm is more likely to be more useful, overall. If you are rich, it's a great super-wide focal. 4/ A 75mm would likely get more use than a 21mm in a photo kit such as yours, especially with its wider aperture. Excellent focal for portraits.
