The general thrust of the discussion has been that the whole idea of the Leica is that you can shoot at low light level without flash, and if you have to use flash, you destroy the unobtrusiveness that makes the Leica unique. (Yes, I know, there have been many other opinions expressed,a nd there are times when one MUST use flash to get a photo.) Anyway, having followed these threads for some time, I waded in on a tripod discussion to ask - facitiously - why it was "alright" to use a tripod when it wasn't "alright" to use a flash. And, Bob, I don't own a tripod, and I am not a "photo wannabe," what ever that is. (But I do own and occassionally use a flash. :-) )
