Hi Dave,
Yeah, I've heard the same things about the stuff, but have never tried
it myself. Seems every time I hear of people using it, they wind up
having to shake the hly you-know-what out of it in order to keep from
getting striations; stuff like that. Still, I bought some once and then
idiotically went and shot it at 200!! Don't ask me _how_ that happened.
Gasp! Gracious, I think the roll might well be doomed. In fact, this
was probably a year ago and I still haven't tried to develop it. No
clue as to how -- nor inclination to mess with it yet. Not enough
anyway.

OTOH, your friend seems in good company, as I keep hearing of people
doing such work but only in 35mm. Wow. APX 25 is so much easier for
me. As Erwin and someone else mentioned, Rodinal doesn't work so hot
for faster things. This Iearned the hard way too! The grain was, to
me, quite yucky. But for APX 25 it seems to do nicely.
Really!!??? C41 chemistry? What a concept.
Take care all!!
Scott
